|Mike Reis is an author, speaker, Co-founder of Legacy House Recovery Center and an addiction Counselor who firmly believes that it’s never too late to change. After becoming a Christian in 2005, Mike was eventually able to battle the cycle of his own alcoholism and other addictive behaviors . Prior to coaching, Mike enjoyed a hugely successful career in executive sales with companies like Hallmark Cards, PepsiCo, and ConAgra Foods. He shares his message that being a good father, husband, and spiritual head of household is much more important than living for yourself, your income, or your possessions as he once did. Mike graduated with honors from Georgia State University. He is the proud father of six adult children and eight grandchildren. Mike and his wife, Celia, live in Cumming, Georgia, with their two golden retrievers, Buster and Bennie.
|| Chris Reis is a former NFL football player who played four seasons with the New Orleans Saints. He is best known for his historic, game-changing play made during Super Bowl XLIV, and ultimately helping to lead the Saints to victory. As the first onside kick recovered before the fourth quarter of a Super Bowl game, NFL.com named Chris’ play one of the “Top 10 Greatest Super Bowl Plays of the Decade,” and the actual ball he recovered now resides in the NFL Hall of Fame. Chris is a graduate of Georgia Tech, where he was the president of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) throughout his entire college experience. Chris is passionate about helping others to improve their lives. He serves on the board of lüō, a nonprofit organization that works on empowering children in impoverished global communities. His “Live for More” motto inspires many who may find trusting God in today’s culture to be more and more daunting. Chris lives in Cumming, Georgia, with his wife, Michelle, their daughter, Piper, and new son Rowan and their dogs Kolsch and Tyger.
Hospitality Veteran and Cancer Survivor
Director-Americas Sales, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG)
Jimmy has worked in the hospitality business for 37 years all but a short time with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). He has had a broad range of experience in such areas as strategic planning, advertising, quality control and most recently as Director-Americas Sales where he works closely with his team managing airlines, tour operators and 3rd party intermediaries that place their employees and clients into IHG hotels on a global basis. Jimmy became a Christian in 1978 and will briefly share this testimony. He will also share a personal journey and story he has had recently that deals with his cancer, golf, 2nd Corinthians 12:9 and the recent Olympics all centered around Godís involvement and influence in his experience. Jimmy graduated from the University of Tennessee and also obtained an M.B.A. from the University of Memphis. He lives with Marty, his wife of 35 years and has 3 children, Joshua, Micah (daughter) and Joel.
